OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are made of upcycled secondhand clothing therefore there may be minor usage signs or flaws that in our opinion it gives our garments its charm. We are providing the most possible detailed description but have in mind that there might be cases where we will not be able fx. to determine or confirm 100% the fabric that garment is made of or similar. To asses the size we give measurements in cm that have been taken of the garment laying flat.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

We do provide the most accurate stock information possible when order is processed, there might be cases of items lacking in stock or misleading information that can affect your order. In such cases we will contact you shortly via e-mail and revise or cancel your order based on your request.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation to your mailbox after finalazing your purchase in our webshop.

PAYMENT

We accept credit card payments, we do not accept cash or checks. We are charging in DKK (Danish Crown) local currency. The price is excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.

DELIVERY

We sent out our orders within 3 business days.

The actual colors of the garments may differ from the pictures on our website due to its digital nature.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTING PACKAGES 

We are shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, France, Italy and Spain . So far shipping outside of Europe is not available, in case you would like to request that, simply contact us using contact form and we will see what we can do <3. We are shipping via Post Nord and DAO.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the day you received your order to exchange it. In case of an exchange, you will have to cover the cost of the postage also. The item has to be returned in the same condition as you have received it, we will assess it and upon that accept or reject it. If the item after inspection is granted for an exchange we will process it in a timely manner. Sale items can’t be exchanged.
